1. After-Sales Service Period
1.1 Customers may submit an after-sales service request within 14 calendar days from the delivery date indicated in the order tracking, provided that valid proof of purchase is supplied (order number or confirmation).
1.2 Electronic products (batteries, cables, lamps, electronic accessories) are covered by a 12-month warranty in the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
If the product cannot be repaired or replaced with the same model, an equivalent solution or a refund based on the actual purchase price may be offered.
1.3 Upon receipt of the order, the customer or any authorized third party must immediately inspect the condition of the package and products.
Any visible issue (damaged product, missing item, empty package) must be reported within a maximum of 72 hours after delivery, with clear supporting evidence (photos and/or unboxing video).
1.4 No after-sales requests will be accepted after the expiration of the above-mentioned time limits.
2. Scope of After-Sales Service
2.1 Eligible Orders
After-sales service is available only for orders placed through our official sales channels.
Orders placed through third-party platforms or resellers are not covered.
2.2 Multiple Shipments
If an order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately, depending on stock availability and warehouse location.
Receiving multiple packages on different dates is normal and does not constitute grounds for a complaint or return.
2.3 Non-Eligible Cases for Returns or Exchanges
The following situations are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

4. Physical Returns to Warehouse

Any package returned without prior approval will be refused.
